Do you have questions about My Father's Breads and our products? Hopefully this FAQ is able to help, but if not feel free to contact us by email with any other questions or inquiries you might have.

Q: When will my order ship?

Due to the nature of Priority Mail and our unique bread making process, we are usually only able to ship orders on Wednesdays. If your order is received after 3pm on Tuesday, it may not make it through in time to ship the following Wednesday.

Q: How long will it take to actually ship my order?

Priority Mail shipping time varies based on zip code – with 'major' (city) zip code destinations usually seeing faster service. The majority of orders ship in 2-3 days, with some short distance ones even arriving next day.

Q: How fresh will the bread I order be by the time I get it?

All orders are baked on the day they ship to ensure freshness. Thanks to our unique bread culture, we're able to guarantee the freshness of the bread even after three plus days in the mail.

Q: How long will the bread last after it arrives?

As long as you re-bag the bread in a separate bag (which will be included in the box) after you've first tried it , it will last for about a week on the shelf - or two weeks in the fridge. Note: Changing the bag your bread is in stops excessive moisture content from building up inside.

Q: How can the bread last that long? Does it contain any preservatives?

Nothing we make contains any artificial preservatives. Our unique bread culture, aided in part by small amounts of sugar and salt, goes far in keeping the bread great for long periods of time.

Q: Do your products contain any trans fats?

Absolutely not.

Q: Do your products contain partially hydrogenated soybean oil?

No. We only use pure soybean oil

Q: Are there any specific reheating instructions?

If you're going to reheat our breads, do so in a toaster or oven only. Our breads are fantastic toasted, so no problem there! Be sure to check out our additional serving suggestions on each bread page.

Q: Do you make any gluten-free products?

Currently we do not offer any gluten-free products. We have spent quite some time trying to make a gluten-free bread with our culture, as we have friends and family who would greatly benefit from it. Unfortunately, to this day we've yet to make anything that meets our standards of quality.

Q: What credit cards do you take?

We take all four of the major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express

Q: How secure is my personal information?

PayPal is the most trusted payment gateway on the internet. If there are any concerns about their process, all of the relevant information can be found at www.paypal.com. Additionally, we do not store your personal information without notifying you, and will never sell or rent any information to 3rd party sources.

Q: Can I order by phone?

We would be more than willing to take your order by phone, as long as it is during our regular business hours. Give us a call at (352) 729 - 2079.

Q: Are there any other shipping methods? Can I get my bread next day?

Yes! Our standard shipping method is through Priority Mail because it allows us to ship bread at a cost that doesn't break the bank. If you prefer to have your bread shipped differently, please contact us by either phone or email.
